University Place Moms Website Brings Moms Together in UP
University Place, WA September 14, 2004 -? Cheryl Allin Bergstrom, a long-time University Place resident and mother of three announces the launch of http://www.UniversityPlaceMoms.com .
The UP Moms site is intended as a resource to assist many busy University Place families to connect and arrange play groups and other social events with fellow UP families and their children.
Ms. Bergstrom, a busy home-based entrepreneur and mother recently saw a definite need in the community for a website that could provide support and opportunities for social interaction that might not otherwise be available for stay-at-home parents and other busy University Place parents.
Cheryl Bergstrom, owner and operator of her home-based business VirtuAllin Administrative Services, would love to be able to host play dates for her youngest son, Falken (3) and Madison (6). She says, ?Being a stay-at-home parent brings many rewards, but there is also a sense of isolation that comes from working at home that most parents don?t content with. It?s my hope that this website will bring many moms in my situation together so we can share experiences, grow friendships and socialize our children with other children their age.?
Ms. Bergstroms website, the first of its kind in University Place, offers a free member forum and free articles to help busy University Place moms get and stay connected.
